Monarca Hub is a Social Network with the goal of evolving into an equity crowdfunding platform that connects international investors with established companies. We are just starting out and will promote companies in South America, offering investment opportunities in businesses with potential for growth and expansion.
Investors have access to an exclusive network of already established companies, opportunities for international diversification and rapid financial returns on projects with long-term potential and security.
Companies that have been formalized for more than 5 years can register on the platform, create a profile focused on presenting their project, growth plan and seek resources directly from investors (hub members) interested in supporting their development and internationalization.
Companies must have been in operation for more than 5 years, have a stable financial history and have viable growth plans to qualify for fundraising via equity crowdfunding. But remember, we do not offer intermediation, only a means of advertising for now. Companies that are clients of the Communication Agency (Monarca), with Social Responsibility and institutional projects, have a greater chance of obtaining funding.
Although Monarca Hub offers investment opportunities in established companies, all investments involve risks, and it is important that investors analyze the risk profile of each company before making decisions. We will officially begin advertising our platform in October 2024 and the first investors to join and trust our proposal will be able to become partners in our Social Network, which will soon become an Equity Crowdfunding platform.
Monarca Hub focuses on established companies from various sectors, with emphasis on those with potential for internationalization, sustainability and innovation in their markets. We are currently opening registration for companies interested in promoting their projects to potential investors interested in international diversification.
Monarca Hub uses advanced data security systems and performs a rigorous analysis of each registered company, ensuring the reliability and transparency of investment operations. Please note that we cannot yet intermediate operations as an Equity Crowdfunding Platform, but we will soon have all the approvals for this.
The minimum investment amount may vary depending on the project, but the platform aims to make equity crowdfunding accessible, allowing investors of different profiles to participate. New registered investors receive a proposal to have a share of our platform and become a partner.
